Vinification	We harvest only the healthiest and the most rip- ened grapes for this wine. We carry the grapes in 15 kg cases, to prevent oxidation. We only use natural and indigenous yeast for fermentation. NO SULPHUR IS ADDED.
Tasting note	The wine presents a deep and bright red cherry colour. On the nose it has complex fruit aromas like cherry jam and red berries, long and persis- tent finish.
Recommended with	Roasted red meats, grilled meats and food spicy.
